If you are a fan of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, you have been starving for any morsel of news about the upcoming sixth season of the show. Right now, all that is really known is that it will debut in the summer and Quake has a new hairdo. Well, today we got a couple bits of news finally!! Two actors have been announced to guest-star in the upcoming 6th season.
According to Revenge of the Fans , Anthony Michael Hall (The Breakfast Club, Psych, The Dark Knight, Sixteen Candles and about a million other things you’ve probably watched) is going to appear in at least 1 episode of season 6. Who he plays and when he does in the season is unknown as of now but we’re interested in who he might be.
The other name announced as returning is Joel Stoffer who plays Enoch. This is no surprise but still lovely to see as this confirms to us that Simmons will be able to find the ship that Enoch has present-day Fitz in.
(As you remember, Fitz did die in the season 5 finale but that was future Fitz as the regular-day Fitz is napping right now to catch up to the rest of the team……time travel is confusing pals.)
So as we inch very slowly towards the 6th season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., we here at Fangirlish will be here to eagerly recap each episode, each FitzSimmons moment and all the Marvel goodness that we know and love.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6 is set to premiere July 2019.
