‘Arrow’ Taps JR Bourne as DC Villain Double Down for Season 4

It’s been a busy couple of days in regards to Arrow casting news, and the latest casting is a name and face that Teen Wolf fans will recognize.

JR Bourne has been cast as Jeremy Tell, aka DC villain Double Down for season 4, The Wrap reports.

Tell is described as “a metahuman who can turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons.” He will appear in episode three of season 4.

Bourne joins this list of new additions for Arrow‘s fourth season, including Neal McDonough as big bad Damien Darhk, Echo Kellum as Mr. Terrific, and Alexander Calvert as Anarky.

Arrow season 4 premieres Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8/7c on The CW.
