NBC has released the photos for this week’s all new Blacklist, “Pattie Sue Edwards.” From the photos, it looks like were finally going to get an episode with the whole Task Force, as Aram is going into the field with the rest of the team, and Liz looks to have been reinstated into the FBI. It’s been a long time since we’ve had the whole team working a case together, so I’m going into this with high expectations.
Earl Fagen, the arsonist that Red saved from prison in “The Cook” is back this week to repay the debt that Red made clear he would have to return at some point in the future, and that future is now. It looks like Fagen might even become part of Red’s permanent team, not just completing jobs when called upon. It would make sense as Fagen has a valuable skill set, and Red tends to keep useful people around for as long and as often as he possibly can.
In addition to the case the Task Force is taking on, Liz will be working with Detective Singleton to expose Tom’s killer. Whether Singleton knows that his boss, Ian Garvey, is the one responsible is yet to be discovered. It’s hard to get a read on Singleton as he’s mysterious enough that you can’t really tell whether he’s a good, or crooked agent. Hopefully it’s not the latter since he now has access to the Task Force headquarters and all of the information that Liz decides to give him.
“Pattie Sue Edwards” looks to be an action packed episode with pretty much all of our favorite characters involved, so check out the synopsis below and the photo gallery to get a sneak peek before it airs tonight!
As Liz continues tracking Tom’s killers, Red tries to solve a tax issue in his money laundering. Meanwhile, Aram goes out to the field when the Task Force investigates a viral outbreak.
The Blacklist airs Wednesday at 8/7c on NBC.
