Intelligence deals with the aftermath of an arson that hits close to home in Wednesday’s emotional episode of Chicago P.D. titled, “Emotional Proximity.”
The episode, which serves as part two of a three-part One Chicago crossover (beginning with Chicago Fire and concluding with the series premiere of Chicago Justice), finds Intelligence seeking the arsonist that left Olinsky’s daughter in critical condition.
The hour also features some familiar and new One Chicago faces, including Severide from Chicago Fire, Will Halstead and Natalie Manning from Chicago Med, and former P.D. member Antonio Dawson and newbie Peter Stone from Chicago Justice.
The episode airs at a special time 9/8c on NBC.

AFTER A DEADLY WAREHOUSE FIRE THAT LEFT OLINSKY’S DAUGHTER FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE, INTELLIGENCE MOBILIZES TO FIND THE ARSONIST. Olinsky’s (Elias Koteas) daughter remains in critical condition following a massive fire – leaving Intelligence on edge, but more determined than ever to track down the suspect. Voight (Jason Beghe) opens up the case, knowing that he has Stone (guest star Philip Winchester) and his team’s full support in the investigation, and all of Firehouse 51 behind him to examine potential origins of the fire. Intelligence works to connect the dots between the building owner, those who were inside, and a string of potential suspects. Also starring Jesse Lee Soffer, Sophia Bush, Patrick John Flueger, Marina Squerciati, LaRoyce Hawkins and Amy Morton.
