Chris Evans Campaigns for Brie Larson as Captain Marvel

The potential Captain Marvel just got a vote of approval from Captain America.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Brie Larson was in early talks to take on the titular role in Marvel’s Captain Marvel. And Chris Evans is definitely supportive of that.

“I just heard about that,” Evans said during a Wizard World panel in Philadelphia on Saturday. “I really hope that happens. I love Brie Larson. We did a movie together back in ‘09, we did Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. I cannot say enough about Brie Larson. I think she is phenomenal, and I really hope that happens.”

What do you think about Brie Larson as potentially being Captain Marvel?

Captain Marvel is slated for a March 8, 2019 release.
