As we struggle with this break we call hellatus, The CW has both made our day and made the wait even longer with the announcement of its 2016 fall premiere schedule.

The CW will kick-off its fall 2016 season on Oct. 4 with the season premiere of The Flash and series premiere of No Tomorrow. Also bowing that week is Arrow and Frequency on Oct. 5.

The following week of Oct. 10 marks the debut of Supergirl and the returns of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Supernatural.

Jane the Virgin, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and The Vampire Diaries return the following week of Oct. 17.
