Exclusive: Get a Dog’s-Eye View at the Making of ‘A Dog’s Purpose’

a dog's purpose

We can’t think of a better cure for a case of the Mondays than puppies – which is why we’re excited to kick off the day by sharing an exclusive look at the making of A Dog’s Purpose.

Starring some of our favorite people – from Riverdale‘s K.J. Apa to Girlboss‘s Britt Robertson – the movie follows a dog (voiced by the fantastic Josh Gad) who looks to discover his purpose in life over the course of several lifetimes and owners.

The clip offers a dog’s-eye view at the production and introduces the “pup stars” of A Dog’s Purpose – the pups who play Bailey, Buddy, Tino, and Ellie in the movie. Director Lasse Hallström, Apa, Robertson, and several of the other human stars also weigh in on their cuter, furrier costars.

Check it out below, but be warned – it’s a lot of cuteness to handle.

Here’s hoping that dose of adorable dogs brightened your Monday. If you need us, we’ll be here watching it again – and again – and again. Sorry not sorry.

A Dog’s Purpose hits Blu-ray and DVD tomorrow, May 2.

Are you excited to see A Dog’s Purpose?
