We have a new cast member for Allegiant. You may recognize his face – Jeff Daniels. The Dumb and Dumber actor is set to board the franchise as David, the leader of the Bureau of Genetic Welfare.
Now if you have read the book – we all hate David. Cause you know, he’s like big brother creepy who treats human beings like puppets. At least that’s my opinion.
Robert Schwentke is directing Part 1, which will begin shooting in May. Part one of Allegiant is slated for a March 18, 2016, release.
