Liam Payne Talks About Zayn Malik Leaving ‘One Direction’

One has to love One Direction. I mean you don’t have to, but I do. And one thing that we love is that Liam Payne always has something to say. He’s good like that to all of us – giving us the quotes that you wouldn’t think anyone would. Oh Liam, never change.

While beating a dead horse (no, not literally… I am talking figuratively) – the boys were once again asked about Zayn leaving the band. Capital FM caught up with Liam and got him talking.

“He had to do what he had to do really, for himself. So, you know it’s fine we’re just gonna carry on doing what we’re doing. We’re all still great mates and I know it’s difficult for people to see and whatever but we wish him all the best wherever he goes. So, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens,” Liam said.

“It’s like any other job, really. Of course it may be upsetting, but just like anybody else’s job, sometimes you just have to move on because you’re not enjoying what you’re doing as much as you used to sort of thing,” he continued. “So, he wanted to spend some time with his family, obviously his missus. He’s off doing his thing and that’s cool with us, we’re just gonna keep going, keep flying the flag. And that’s all we can do really.”

Ummm… we get it. He wants to be at home and around his peeps. I mean saying that he wanted to spend more time with the missus isn’t something that I would probably say – because you know, that’s what people will latch onto. Just saying Payno.

Either way we love the fact that the boys are always going to stand up for each other. Either way people should just be happy.

I work a lot. Fangirlish is my baby. I work in social media professionally and I love it - which is probably why I don't keep up on my own. I don't sleep enough and I obsess too much over my favorite things. I need to work on combing my hair more. Or at elast I need to stop dying it different colors.
