‘Star Trek: Discovery’ 4×07 Review: “…But to Connect”

We’ve got lots of stuff punching us in the feels this week on Star Trek: Discovery, not to mention a heartbreaking cliffhanger. A new lifeform, an exercise in trust, and a dash of mutiny all take us to the mid-season finale of Star Trek: Discovery.

‘Star Trek: Discovery’ 4×06 Review: “Stormy Weather”

What can I say about “Stormy Weather”? Episode 4×06 of Star Trek: Discovery does offer some interesting perspectives on Zora’s newfound sentience. We get a little more information about our bridge crew and their dynamics. Also, we get fairly close to what is a Next Generation-style bottle episode. Let’s dig a little deeper into “Stormy Weather.”

‘Star Trek: Discovery’ 4×05 Review: “The Examples”

Star Trek: Discovery is pulling no punches this week with episode 4×05, “The Examples.” We’ve got some good, old-fashioned discussion of justice and ethics in this episode. We’re also looking at the age-old question, “Who watches the watchmen?,” or in this case, “Who counsels the counselor?”
