1×01 “Wolf Moon”

No better place to start your marathon then with the episode that started it all. Not only do you get Scott unknowingly receiving the bite, but you also get a hyperactive Stiles who’s all too excited about his best friend’s new abilities. Can’t forget to mention the adorable Scallison moments!

1×07 “Night School”

This episode will always go down in my bestiary (see what I did there) as one of my absolute favorites for being both entertaining and suspenseful. I thoroughly enjoy episodes that display the group’s dynamic and have a larger threat for them to face. Seeing Peter as a cartoonish werewolf is just a bonus.

2×04 “Abomination”

The pool scene. That’s enough right? If not, then remember all the sassy one liners and Scott heroically saving Stiles and Derek.

2×06 “Frenemy”

Scott and Stiles go to a gay club and it’s all kinds of wonderful. The Kanima also wreaks havoc on all the unsuspecting club dwellers and we get plenty of teenage angst from Jackson and Stiles.

3x06 "Motel California"

Sciles. Hilarious banter between Coach and Stiles. Sciles. Stiles, Allison, and Lydia saving their classmates. Sciles. Lydia saving Stiles and Scott. Oh, did I mention Sciles?

3x13 "Anchors"

Anchors is definitely a must-see episode in my eyes with its intensity and its focus on a person's psyche. Watching Scott, Stiles, and Allison dealing with the aftermath of sacrificing themselves for their parents may be painful, but it made for an excellent and well-acted hour of television.

3x16 "Illuminated"

It's Halloween in Beacon Hills! The Oni cause mischief! Derek scares little children trick-or-treating in a dark parking lot! A blacklight party in Derek's loft! Allison, Isaac, Stiles, and Aiden show off their dance moves! All good things.

3x22 "De-Void"

Derek, Isaac, Ethan, and Aiden are possessed by an evil spirit while Scott and Lydia travel into Stiles' head. "Stiles" throws up gauze and "the Nogitsune" emerges from out of the floorboards. If that's not spooky enough for Halloween, then I don't know what is.

4x03 "Muted"

This episode had one of the BEST cold openings in Teen Wolf history using one of the most intriguing supernatural creatures, the Wendigo. Truly terrifying while furthering character development, this episode has a little something for everyone.

5x05 "A Novel Approach"

Yet another episode with an impeccable cold opening. Stiles desperately defends himself against Donovan, a factory-made Wendigo courtesy the Dread Doctors, and we get over 10 minutes of Dylan O'Brien showing us how well he emotes with no lines. An hour-long roller coaster with standout performances from the entire cast, this is a great episode to bookend your Teen Wolf marathon.

Which Teen Wolf episodes will you be revisiting this Halloween?

Just a girl who fangirls too much and decided to channel that into her writing ;)
