Four Titles & Synopses from Season 4 of #GameofThrones

By

Hey now, I didn’t say spoilers did I? Secrets are meant to be kept, but hey, a little sharing here and there never hurt anyone. Okay… so on Game of Thrones that point could be up for debate. Thank heavens we just watch the show for entertainment, right?

And speaking of the entertainment value, how awesome has the music been, especially the choice songs picked for the teaser trailers. So perfect, right? Well guess who is actually going to guest star on the show this season?! Omigosh… it’s a musical act and really… best casting news ever!

According to Entertainment Weekly, Sigur Rós is currently in Croatia filming a scene. Now, this is all just speculation (and feel free to do the same in the comments), but perhaps they have the honor of being the wedding band at King Joffrey and Margaery Tyrell’s nuptials? Crooners of “The Dornishman’s Wife”? “The Last of The Giants”? Only time will tell what David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have in mind for one of their favorite bands. (x)

If you like me, were not at SXSW and sorely disappointed since your favorite people were there (Veronica Mars cast, cough… cough) — you might like this video of the exhibition. I’m not giving details but it has some awesome, some Buzz-y footage of the Game of Thrones exhibition and makes me want to weep that I was not there to experience this:

SO COOL, right?!

And we have the titles of the first four episodes of season four? And you want them, right? Well, I suppose the titles could be considered spoilery, but seriously… every little detail about this show could be considered speculative spoilers, yeah?

Anyway… without further ado… the episodes and their official synopses (x):

“Two Swords:”

Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) welcomes a guest to King’s Landing. At Castle Black, Jon Snow (Kit Harington) finds himself unwelcome. Dany (Emilia Clarke) is pointed to Meereen, the mother of all slave cities. Arya (Maisie Williams) runs into an old friend.

“The Lion and the Rose:”

Tyrion lends Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) a hand. Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) and Margaery (Natalie Dormer) host a breakfast. At Dragonstone, Stannis (Stephen Dillane) loses patience with Davos (Liam Cunningham). Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) finds a purpose for his pet. North of the Wall, Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) sees where they must go.

“Breaker of Chains:”

Tyrion ponders his options. Tywin (Charles Dance) extends an olive branch. Sam (John Bradley) realizes Castle Black isn’t safe, and Jon proposes a bold plan. The Hound (Rory McCann) teaches Arya the way things are. Dany chooses her champion.

“Oathkeeper:”

Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), Meera (Ellie Kendrick) and Hodor (Kristian Nairn) stumble on shelter.

Are you ready?! I am not.. maybe… I don’t know. It’s so much to take in, each season that whew! Good luck my darlings. I feel you will need it this season as you do every season.
