Fans will have to wait a little less to see Wonder Woman in theaters.
Warner Bros. has announced some updates to its cinematic calendar on Wednesday. The studio has moved up the standalone Wonder Woman film, starring Gal Gadot, from June 23, 2017 to June 2, 2017, which gives us the already hyped film three weeks earlier.
Wonder Woman made her debut in last month’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, where critics and fans alike rallied behind her performance. Batman v Superman marked the first live-action portrayal of Diana Prince on the big screen.
Warner Bros. also scheduled dates for two untitled DC Comics films for Oct. 5, 2018, and Nov. 1, 2019.
