First ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6 Pictures Released

Winter is coming …

It feels like forever ago since Season five of Game of Thrones ended with a bang, and a bleeding Jon Snow. But the wait is almost over. Season six is coming our way, in a little over a month. Funnily enough, HBO is still trying to maintain some “suspense” when it comes to the Jon Snow question, as the official press release reads:

“GAME OF THRONES kicks off its ten-episode sixth season SUNDAY, APRIL 24 (9:00–10:00 p.m.). Based on the popular book series “A Song of Ice and Fire,” by George R.R. Martin, this Emmy® Award-winning series chronicles an epic struggle for power in the vast and violent continent of Westeros, where summers and winters can last years. Among the returning members of the ensemble cast are Emmy® and Golden Globe winner Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Alfie Allen, Diana Rigg, Natalie Dormer, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, John Bradley, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, Conleth Hill, Jonathan Pryce and Gwendoline Christie. David Benioff and D.B. Weiss created the series and serve as executive producers.”

But you’re not here for press releases. We’re not here for press releases, or to wonder about Jon Snow. We’re here for the pictures. And here they are! And, as for Jon Snow …well, that’s a worry for another day.

    1. IKR?! Lizzie is just kidding. She’s as worried as we are. She’s better at hiding it. I’m here to worry about Jon Snow too! However, I stand by my he will show up again – someway, somehow and be in line for the Iron Throne.

      1. It’s the only thing that makes sense. He’s not dead, he’s not, he’s not. At least not permanently.
