We’re anxiously awaiting the release of Mockingjay Part 2 and the want for more keeps growing with the release of deleted scenes. Part of what has made this franchise so great was the relationship between Katniss and Peeta. It’s also what made it so heartbreaking.
A deleted scene was released on Popsugar and it shows Peeta and Katniss having what we consider to be kind of a cold conversation. In the scene Peeta is asking why Katniss helped him show off his strength, but we’re not seeing the Katniss that loves Peeta. We’re seeing the Katniss that just doesn’t know how to love anyone.
