‘Fear the Walking Dead’: A Floating Studio Named Abigail

Fear the Walking Dead is stepping up their game when it comes to immersing us in new experiences. For Season 2 of the AMC hit series, they’ve moved to Baja Studios in Tijuana, Mexico and built a top of the line floating studio for the yacht Abigail.

Going to sea is something no Walking Dead show has ever done! This new home base has oceans, beaches, and mountains, that will give the show a new feeling. Along with that, they have enough space there to have the cast, makeup, wardrobe, and any department needed nearby. At the center of it all is the superyacht they escaped in at the end of Season 1. Abigail was created to be cold, clean, and detached like it’s owner Strand. The production value for this season is going to risky but compelling enough to bring new experiences to the actors and viewers alike. Prepare yourselves for the unexpected!

Official synopsis: Season one left off with Madison, Travis and their extended family taking temporary shelter in Strand’s gated estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean. As civil unrest continues to grow and the dead take over Los Angeles, Strand prepares to escape to “Abigail,” his large yacht moored offshore.
