There’s a new Rogue One: A Star Wars Story international trailer – and thank the force, it actually contains some new footage.
Among the new scenes, more X-Wing dogfighting, battles on the planet Scarif, and extended looks at both Darth Vader and the Death Star, but most importantly, the first look at Jyn Erso’s (Felicity Jones) mother Lyra, played by Valene Kane.
She’s shown giving her still very young daughter a crystal necklace, and instructing her to trust the force.
The movie follows Jyn, and the team she assembles, as she attempts to steal the plans to the Death Star, which her father Galen (Mads Mikkelsen) helped build.
