NFL Week 11 Winners and Losers

A strange week 11 is in the books for the NFL Season.

We saw twelve missed extra-points, weather is starting to become a factor in games now and the continued success of the Seahawks, Cowboys and Patriots.

Also the Cleveland Browns continue to be the Cleveland Browns. Some things never change.

So let’s look at the winners and losers of Week 11 and see if your team is on there!

Seattle Seahawks : With a dominant victory over the Eagles and a commanding lead in the NFC West, Seattle’s Defense is dominant once again. Could we see the Seahawks in their third Super Bowl in four years? Signs are pointing to yes.

New York Giants: Very quietly the Giants have won 5 straight games and are now 7-3.  Eli Manning is playing solid football and a much improved defense is keeping the NFC East anybody’s for the taking.

Dax Prescott : So I guess Tony Romo better get use to wearing that headset for the rest of the season, huh?

Kirk Cousins: With one of his best performances against the Packers, he’s making himself even more money next season with each touchdown pass.

Kickers: 12 missed Extra Points this week. 12. I don’t think this because of the moved back spot either. Kickers are having a terrible year with very few exceptions.

Green Bay Packers Defense: Packers gave up over 30 points again with a horrendous showing against the Redskins on prime time. Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy have to be pulling his hair at how bad things are getting.

Carson Wentz : Now I’m not going to be too hard on Carson, but reality has hit him these last few games. Rookie struggles are happening to one NFC East quarterback, but unfortunately for Eagles fans, Carson is the one with  all the struggles.

Jay Cutler: A late game interception ruined a chance to rally Chicago Sunday against the Giants. Honestly, the best thing for Cutler and the Bears is a clean break and fresh starts for both next season.

Tom Brady : Another 4 touchdown day against San Francisco and now one game away tying Peyton Manning for most wins by a starting quarterback (regular and post-season combined)

The Officials: The Refs have been terrible this year but in the MNF game between the Texans and Raiders, they blew three different calls. Any of those calls go the right way and the Texans maybe win the game. Instead , The Raiders win 27-20 and add to their lead in the AFC West.
