The Walking Dead‘s ‘Bury Me Here’ sees things escalating between the Kingdom & the Saviors and Carol taking a day trip to the Kingdom in the search for answers.
The Kingdom has met this group of Saviors on multiple occasions, each time to drop off supplies (pigs infected with walker meat), and keep the peace between the two groups. In the past couple episodes though, there’s been a mounting tension that has led to blows and near misses. In ‘Bury Me Here’ things finally come to a boiling point, which could change the course of the show.
If King Ezekiel feels that the Saviors have become a problem and the Saviors report back to Negan of the Kingdom’s insubordination, they will have no other option but to defend themselves and join up in Rick’s fight to kill Negan. It’s a team effort that needs as many hands as possible. And we all know that the Kingdom has the numbers needed to destroy the Saviors and free them from their rule.
On the Carol front, she feels a disturbance in the force aka she figured out that Daryl would do anything to protect her, including lying. She wants the truth, correction, she needs the truth if she’s going to continue living her life away from her loved ones. This leads to a casual stroll from her cute little house to the Kingdom, where she bats away walkers like they’re insignificant flies in her way.
Despite the down time, Carol Peletier is still a badass at heart. Here’s hoping she’s found some peace, balance, and is ready to help in the fight against Negan. Maybe she’ll even come around and help the Kingdom when faced with the Saviors! #BAMFCarolPeletier #ProtectJerry
