Well, some good news at least.
Despite The Vampire Diaries ending this season – The Originals is continuing on. The CW has renewed the show for a fifth season.
Michael Narducci will not return as showrunner for the new season. Instead, series creator and former The Vampire Diaries showrunner Julie Plec is set to take over those duties.
The good news don’t stop there for the CW fans, though, as the network has also renewed iZombie for Season 4. The show, which premiered mid-season, will wrap up it’s 13-episode third season on June 27.
