This is the moment many One Direction fans have been waiting for. As each member has taken a different musical route, releasing solo songs and albums, Niall Horan is the first to step out on the stage as a solo artist and perform without the backup of the fellow lads.

Kicking off his Flicker Sessions solo tour in his home country of Dublin at the Olympia Arena, Niall plays the complete unreleased album for the first time for a group of very lucky fans Tuesday (August 28, 2017). Niall admits that he hasn’t played a concert since One Direction went on hiatus in late 2015, but in true showman style pushes away any nerves and wows the crowd.

Fans cheered in deafening style at the end of each song, taking in the unique opportunity to hear Horan’s new music live, before it is even available otherwise. The previously released Slow Hands was an easy favorite, with new track Flicker channeling a 1970’s rock ballad tenor. Many more tracks caught fans attention, and the show seems to have only heightened anticipation of Niall’s CD release later this year.

We’ve got a peak at the set list for those interested in keeping track of what is to come.
