In the photos we see an old acquaintance – Keaton – who we are sure, as always, will bring problems to the team and more than that, he seems to be accompanied by another agent. The team, on the other hand, is investigating a case and Kurt finds a kind of missile, which promises us many problems and a lot of action.

Thanks to different media, we have quite interesting information about Jeller, the relationship between Reade and Zapata and the newly discovered villain Hank Crawford. And … we love it!.

Today’s News

Thanks to TVGuide we know that on our way back from our favorite show, we will have answers to the painful confession that Kurt had with Jane at the end of the mid season finale. That conversation will continue, and we will have answers to all our questions – and I can’t wait! It’s going to be painful … but we need to know everything. Martin Gero, Blindspot’s creator says:

“More than anything, she feels betrayed that he didn’t tell her this information sooner. Jeller is going to be on the rocks for a bit. But the “bigness” of the episode won’t be contained to just story, and you can expect the globe-trotting and thrilling stunts to continue. A large part of the show’s return was filmed in Marakesh, Morocco and Gero is stoked about a massive skydiving sequence that was shot for real, with no green screen, in the skies above New York City. It’s probably the most dangerous thing we’ve ever done”.

Also, thanks to the same medium, we have information about the villain Crawford – Blake’s father. When the show returns, we’ll fully engage in the task of catching him. Roman is using the FBI for it, but that mission will bring consequences that can break the relationship between the team forever. And Roman is determined to go as far as he should to catch Crawford. It’s inevitable that we ask why. Martin Gero, executive producer of Blindspot, comments:

“All I’ll say is Hank Crawford is a very evil man who runs a very evil corporation, and it has some personal relevance to Roman. And I’ve already said too much.”

Matt’s Inside Line

Thanks to TvLine we know something very good about the incipient romance between Zapata and Reade. Their relationship advances! Although for that to happen, Tasha must accept what she feels for Reade. In this regard, Martin Gero comments:

“It’s going to be a slow burn. Zapata’s not the best at talking about her feelings. I don’t know if you’ve noticed or not. Part of her feels like she had her chance. Reade kissed her last season and she shut him down. He does have a girlfriend. He’s thinking about getting engaged. Does she really want to disrupt all of that for him? We’ll see where it goes.”

Spoiler Room

On this occasion, thanks to EW we can expand a bit the information about what will happen between Tasha and Reade in the second part of the season. On Zapata facing what he feels for Reade, Martin Gero says:

“It’s difficult for her. In some ways, she had her chance last season when Reade kissed her. Now he’s in love, thinking about getting engaged. Zapata will find it hard to step right up and be like: ‘Look, I think I might love you.’ It’s a story that will evolve over the back half of the season.”

Do you like the pics? What about the spoilers? Many things await us in this second half of the season. So it seems it will be a hard, slow road … but it will be worth it in the end. Don’t hesitate to share your opinion with us in the comments below!

Blindspot returns January 12 at 8 / 7c on NBC.
