‘Manifest’ Adds Two To Recurring Roles

It’s one of the best times of the year. Why? It’s that time where fall television is coming, and the excitement that I feel deep within my soul is overwhelming. I love it.

While there are plenty of new shows coming on the air, I have to admit that I will put my favorite returning shows first. And one of those is Manifest.

The show, if you haven’t seen it, is about Montego Air Flight 828. The flight experiences some turbulence and the passengers on the plane think that it has only been a matter of minutes, but when they land, they discover that it has actually been five years. They were presumed dead. Their families had moved on. Now back, they must solve the mystery of their disappearance and what they have returned for. The mystery is bigger than they ever thought possible.

Andrene Ward-Hammond (Claws) and Ellen Tamaki (Charmed) are set for recurring roles on the second season of the show.

Ward-Hammond will play Captain Kate Bowers, the new captain of Michaela’s precinct. She is a by the book cop and doesn’t have time for people who aren’t, and the bullshit that can occur.

Tamaki will play Michaela’s new partner.

Manifest stars Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Melissa Roxburgh, Jack Messina and Parveen Kaur.

Do you watch Manifest? Are you excited for the show?
