Tonights episode of Filthy Rich, titled “Proverbs 20:6”, was a hot ass mess. I mean what can we really expect during Mardi Gras?
MARGARET AND GINGER

Let’s start with Margaret and Ginger. They certainly know how to react and play to each other well. Margaret got way to emotional when her son was involved in the Governors campaign. She took the whole idea of the ladies table working together and might as well set it up in flames. She chose to think of only her needs and not of Ginger, her mom or the other parties involved. We shouldn’t really be surprised though.
One thing I really admire about Ginger is that she takes shit from no one. Girl was literally kidnapped and her life was threatened over the recordings if she didn’t give them all over, yet she still has an ace up her sleeve and she is not afraid to play it.
Also, I didn’t see that little moment between Becky and Ginger coming at all. I thought Becky was just standoffish with Eric because of her beliefs from the last episode. I never thought she would have a moment with Ginger. I loved it and I can’t wait to see the outcome.
EUGENE

As usual, Eugene is being a complete mystery to me motive wise. It doesn’t seem he really has one at the moment besides wandering aimlessly around and connecting with his long lost children passively. With Jason waking up, it will be interesting to see where this Mark storyline goes and how that will effect Rose.
Overall, this series is starting to get stagnant in areas. I would say I am engaging with about 40% of the content I am watching. As a viewer, I want to be at 100%. They need to step it up at Filthy Rich.
