“James 4:1” of Filthy Rich is full of people coming to light and it’s just about time for the series finale. Let’s get started.
COMING OUT OF THE WOODWORK
Rose’s ex-fiancé Brett came back into the light after spending who knows how long in oblivion. After the state that Mark left her in, I have a feeling this is going to effect Rose more than she thinks it will. Also, Rose is pregnant and that will open a whole new can of worms since she is pregnant with “Jason’s baby” who is really Mark.
Eugene is also shedding a bit of his secrecy and talking to Luke. What shall come of his conversations with Luke’s investigative reporting who knows. I doubt we will get the conclusion before the end of the series, since it wasn’t renewed. However, I can hope that it would bring all the 1820 misdeeds to light, take down SunnyClub and set up the children in a good light. I also wouldn’t mind Margaret being taken down.
Becky asked Eric for a divorce and I’m proud of her. She is sticking up for what she wants. She admitted to her affair as did Eric. They are going to be happier in the long run.
Let’s talk about these damn meddlesome mothers as well. First, let’s start with Yopi. What she is doing to Antonio is horrible. She is making him throw his match just so she can make money off the bet’s she and the 1820 have placed. It’s all about money for her. This is Antonio’s dream and asking him to throw the fight for something as little as money is very insluting.
Now, let’s roll on over to Margaret. Her basically telling Rose she has to marry Brett because she is pregnant is very 19th century. This is the 21st century Margaret. Single mothers are just as capable of raising children as married mothers. I would know, I was raised by one and I had a fantastic childhood. And yes, I know Brett really isn’t the father, but that is irrelevant at the moment.
