This is the assumption that I am going to go with – that it took the crew of Netflix and Country Comfort the first rehearsal to understand that they were going to need a gimmick. The boys are still fighting over Jo, and Brody is just pissed at his brother. Tucker is trying to act as if he’s the victim and Jo was the one that kissed him. Only Tucker, we all saw you kissing her too Tuck.
Beau is over their arguments – he wants this shit to be solved. You see, according to Beau, they need to win something. He’s going to take them to the range and make sure that Brody wins.
But the snoopy Dad that Beau is, when Cassidy’s texts keep going off, he reads her messages. All of her friends are going to a Leann Rhimes concert and Cassidy decided she didn’t want to go. Chloe lets everyone know that Cassidy doesn’t want to go because it’s a Mother/Daughter thing.
Summer offers to go but Cassidy asks Bailey to go. Summer is insulted, and I mean I wanna tell girl to stop trying so fucking hard. She’s just overbearing and a littl bit too much for me. Cassidy begs for Bailey to come and Bailey keeps trying to direct her to Summer but Cassidy is not having it.
Cassidy is excited for the chance to go with Bailey. Bailey is set to meet her after her audition, but there is only one issue – on the way out of the audition – she runs right into Boone. Boone – he’s gross and it’s awkward. Bailey tries to stand her ground and act over it but she shows that Boone that she’s not over it
Brody and Tucker are still fighting over the kiss between Tucker and Jo. Beau says they aren’t handling it right – hes taking them to the archery range – where he will solves the issue. Beau says that he knows that Brody will win. There is a lot of mansplaining here about men have to win or loose or some shit.
Girls are bitches, but we don’t need to prove anything. It’s win or loose – sure. But we’re not going to a range.
Bailey is running so late and so while talking with Cassidy she tells her to go with her friends and she will meet them there. Only when she gets there, Bailey finds out that Cassidy didn’t come. Her BFF and her Mom are making Bailey feel like shit and I mean sure I feel bad but I am also like this kids makes everything so fucking dramatc.
Brody and Tuck get home. Bro in a sling. Beau wants to know why Cassidy is there and Bailey comes in and explains. She’s trying to talk to Cassidy and about missing the bus, and since it’s her fault that she missed the show, Bailey brought her something amazing home. Cassidy is in shock she’s there – Leann Rimes walks through the door. Leann tells Bailey that they agreed that she wouldn’t do that talking. Leann says that she came home because Cassidy’s story movies her.
They talk about Cassidy’s Mom recording a song for her. Cassidy gets a little overtaken when she hears her singing and turn it off. And then they agree to sing – and Leann finishes singing the song along with Bailey. Cassidy feels loved and you can see that her mom would be happy they are all there.
There’s always time for another song and the one they end with is Can’t Fight The Moonlight, but like you can. Cause this show is moonlight and puts you to bed. If it gets renewed for a second season, someone needs to be fired, because they have no taste.
