To be honest, I never heard of The 4400 when it was on USA Network, but the sci-fi drama series does sound interesting. And you know that we can’t pass up The CW doing anything. Our interest is always peaked.
The show, tells the story of, “4400 overlooked, undervalued, or otherwise marginalized people who vanished without a trace over the last hundred years are all returned in an instant, having not aged a day and with no memory of what happened to them. As the government races to analyze the potential threat and contain the story, the 4400 themselves must grapple with the fact that they’ve been returned with a few…upgrades, and the increasing likelihood that they were all brought back now for a specific reason.”
Adebumola will play Shanice, a lawyer that was transported from 2005 to 2021. She’s a driven lawyer who will be an outspoken advocate for people like her, who are trying to figure out what happened to them. Shanice also arrives in 2021 to find she has a teenage daughter – I mean as if time travel isn’t enough, adding a teenager. That’s a lot.
Ladymore will portray Claudette, who is a preachers wife in the 1950’s and part of the civil rights movement, who has been transported to 2021. She adapts better than you would think she would. She may a different person in 2021 in surprising ways.
Wooten is Hayden, came from 1930 to 2021. He was in an institution. He has had a rough life and doesn’t seem to speak due to his hard life. He’s compassionate, and has knowledge that he shouldn’t have.
