We’re anxiously awaiting the premiere of Legacies this fall. Sure, the series finale of The Originals was a huge disappointment, and we kind of wanted to give up on this world a little bit, but we just can’t.
We love it too much.
There has been an addition to the cast of Legacies, The Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, has hired a guidance counselor. If you watched Once Upon A Time, you may recognize Karen David as Jasmine. In Legacies she will play Emma Tig, a witch who “moral support and a shoulder to cry on for all the students at the Salvatore School.” She will be in a recurring role.
However, the description of the character goes on to talk about how the headmaster Alaric Saltzman, “remains an elusive patient.” Now – me, I am hoping that we don’t go the Klaus and Cami route, but who knows. Alaric does need someone to love him.
Legacies tells the story of the next generation of supernatural beings at the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. It stars Danielle Rose Russell, as Hope Mikaelson, where 17-year-old “tribrid” who is still recovering and dealing with the deaths of her parents in the final season of The Originals. The cast also includes Aria Shahghasemi as Landon, Kalylee Bryant and Jenny Boyd as Josie and Lizzie Saltzman, Peyton Alex Smith as Rafael, and Quincy Fouse as M.G. – who are all in the town of Mystic Falls.
We’re interested to see how things turn out at the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted.
