It’s raining outside right now, which I never thought would happen in Los Angeles this year. But I love that it’s happening. It’s just another time for change, and even though that’s scary – we’re embracing.
The fun thing about the end of the year is that it’s the time that we all reflect about the time that has passed. It’s that reflection that propels us forward and makes us want to figure out everything so that next year is a better year.
What can we all do to make our lives better?
I have to tell you 2014 sucked ass and at the same time has been one of the most rewarding years of our lives. As we continue to grow, we keep making changes.
One of the reasons that we chose the name Fangirlish – is because of the “ish” part. It seemed open, that we could keep evolving and weren’t going to be tied to always being one thing. We liked that freedom. Fangirlish was out home and all of you that read it are our family. As family, we may fight, we may argue, but we always come back together.
And we’re always going to be here.
As we sit and put together our favorites of the year, comb through things for holiday gift guides, make plans for next year, and try to focus on how we can make things better for you – we wonder – what did you love most about 2014?
We thank you so much for all that you do.
Let us know what you want us to do, what you want us to write about, what you want us to be covering. We’ll do our best.
We appreciate you.
What's Your Reaction?
I work a lot. Fangirlish is my baby. I work in social media professionally and I love it - which is probably why I don't keep up on my own. I don't sleep enough and I obsess too much over my favorite things. I need to work on combing my hair more. Or at elast I need to stop dying it different colors.
