With San Diego Comic Con upon us, here are 5 questions we desperately wanted answered when Supernatural’s Winchesters and Co. come to SDCC 2019 for the final time!
1. What is Jack Kline’s fate?
Yes, I know that Jack’s been burned out, but people come back all the time on Supernatural. Why not Jack? Also, I’m pretty sure he’s going to be at SDCC and that speaks volumes on its own.
2. Will Lucifer be back to muck things up?
You can never keep Lucifer down. No matter how many times you try or how often you fight him and win, he keeps coming back. That arc angel is like a cockroach, hands down.
3. Who will come back for the final season?
I really hope we see classic monsters from the first couple seasons of Supernatural. If anything it’ll make you do a grand ol’ rewatch. Which I’m going to do in 3, 2, 1.
4. How much trouble is God going to cause?
God is a petty entity. He thinks everyone should worship at his throne just because he’s God and despite the fucked up things he’s made Sam, Dean, and Castiel go through. So bring it on God! Our boys got it!
5. Will the Winchesters get a happy ending?
Happy is a grand old world that I think our Winchesters might never get close to. How about content? Or an ending that makes you go, “I really love the Winchesters and will always have them in my heart.” Whatever may come, we all hope that it’s an ending worth the decade plus we have spent watching Supernatural.
Supernatural returns for its final season Fall 2019.
