It has been four years since New York Times Bestselling author EL James released The Mister, book one in the series of the same name. Fans of the Fifty Shades author began to wonder if she would be releasing a sequel to her story about a Lord who falls in love with his cleaner. We are happy to share that day has finally arrived, and EL James has announced that book two, The Missus, will come our way this summer.
The story has no official synopsis, and we have not seen the cover. Trust and believe we will keep our eyes out for both things. While The Mister wasn’t one of my favorite books, I did enjoy immersing myself in Maxim and Alessia’s world. The story kept me invested enough to want to know what would happen with both characters, so I’m glad that EL James is giving us the continuation because I still had many questions once I finished the first book.
