Before watching The Bachelorette men tell-all tonight, we need to discuss what happened during 21×08. In this episode, Jenn’s issues finally come to the forefront, as she basically self-sabotages with Devin, then gives way too much of herself with Marcus and sets herself up for, once again, being hurt. And you can read our review about it here or click below.
But it’s the internet that we’re here for. Because they were bringing out the gifs and memes to express how frustrated they were with Jenn, how little they cared for Devin’s tears, how Marcus was not in it, and more.
First up, Jenn’s decisions in The Bachelorette 21×08. Despite having a man who clearly said he loved her, she went hard for Marcus. He’s clearly nervous about this whole process and looks to have realized that he didn’t expect this when he signed up for the show. But Jenn keeps pushing forward, ignoring warning signs and making us want to call the Red Flag Guy.
Fans were quick to bring out the memes to express their disappointment at Jenn ignoring the signs in front of her.
On the flip side of things, many felt like Marcus was actively trying to get booted from the show, even after the love confession from Jenn.
But still, people are mainly side-eying Jenn because (again) she’s ignoring the warning signs. Instead she’s talking about how she hopes Marcus loves her by the end of the week like he shouldn’t know how he feels by this late in the show.
Then there’s Devin. He’s a bit dramatic sometimes. But this is The Bachelorette after all. If you’re not a little dramatic then why are you even here? Keeping that in mind, people STILL weren’t there for his dramatics.
On the lighter side of things, Jonathon is bringing back the appreciation for short shorts, to the delight of fans.
At the end of the day, the real winners are men from the 80s who loved some short shorts.
The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8/7c on ABC.
