Get ready to spend the holidays with the Jonas Brothers! While the brothers’ real band is currently on their Greetings from Your Hometown Tour, they will also be on Disney+ well before their highly anticipated return as Connect 3 in Camp Rock 3. That’s right! Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas will first return to Disney with the upcoming holiday movie, A Very Jonas Christmas Movie.
Disney Branded Television announced the project in January of this year, with the holiday comedy from 20th Television slated to premiere in time for the festive season. Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger (I Want You Back, This Is Us, Love, Simon) wrote and produced the movie, and Emmy and Academy Award winner Jessica Yu (Quiz Lady, This Is Us) directed it. The Jonas Brothers produced A Very Jonas Christmas Movie alongside Adam Fishback, Spencer Berman, and Scott Morgan. We’ve gathered everything else you need to know about the upcoming movie below.

What Is the Jonas Brothers’ Movie About?
A Very Jonas Christmas Movie has a synopsis, which reads as follows:
In “A Very Jonas Christmas Movie,” Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families.
The movie’s trailer gives a little more context, showing that the brothers are playing versions of themselves. The band is still the Jonas Brothers, Nick is still married to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Kevin is still married to Danielle Jonas. Joe reveals the movie’s conflict by telling “Santa,” “As the Jonas Brothers, we’re great, but us as brothers, like, actually, whatever magic was there, is just dead.”
So, it appears Santa will be the one giving them obstacles, like being stuck at the airport, their train taking them to Amsterdam, and losing their passports. After all, those hurdles only appear after Santa tells Joe, “Nothing like Christmas to help a family rediscover its magic.”

Who Stars in the Holiday Movie?
As previously mentioned, some of the Jonas Brothers’ real-life family members appear in the trailer, which is an intentional choice. Disney Branded Television reveals that the “Jonas Brothers are making the film a family affair, with a few special cameos” from their family. So, there may be even more appearances!
Otherwise, the movie stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Santa. It also stars Billie Lourd as Cassidy, who is seen in the trailer trying to get the brothers’ trip home back on track. It seems like Randall Park’s Brad is a manager or assistant of sorts, given the trailer. Plus, Chloe Bennet stars as Lucy Chen, with whom Joe has a connection, but his brothers doubt it.
KJ Apa also stars in the movie as Gene. His character may be the reason why Joe says, “Guys, I’ve got this. I know Glen Powell from Top Gun,” before trying to land their plane. A Very Jonas Christmas Movie also stars Laverne Cox as Stacy, Andrew Barth Feldman as Ethan, Andrea Martin as Deb, Kenny G as himself, and Justin Tranter as himself.
