I stan a celebrity using their voice for good. And lets be honest, there are very few that do that as much as Ariana Grande. She knows that she has a platform and uses it.
And I stan that. She used her voice to call out the Tik-Tokers that were partying and putting it online at Saddle Ranch, rather than sitting their dancing asses at home.
The superstar was on the Zach Sang Show, and said, “Of all the things that we could have done, couldn’t we have just stayed home for a few more weeks like all the other countries that were fine, and are better than we are? Did we really all need to go to fuckin’ Saddle Ranch that badly that we couldn’t have waited for the deathly pandemic to pass? We all really needed to put on our cowgirl boots and ride a mechanical bull that bad? We all needed that Instagram post that badly?”
And she’s right. Celebrities and Influencers need to use their platforms for good and they need to lead by example.
