It’s a serious question: why isn’t Idris Elba putting you to sleep like he is for us? It’s not like we know Idris personally. We’ve never had the fortune of meeting him and have only gazed upon his beauty through a screen. But that doesn’t mean that he hasn’t changed our lives for the better. And we’re being absolutely and positively serious. Idris Elba has improved our sleeping and made rest 100% more easier and relaxing. How? The Calm app.
Idris Elba partnered with Calm, a meditation, sleep, and relaxation app. Calm, who’s mission is to make the world happier and healthier, is available on the App Store and the Google Play store. And through it’s sleep stories we have learned what it means to be soothed by some of the biggest celebrities out there like Idris Elba. Joining him on this app is Danai Gurira, Mandy Moore, Cillian Murphy, and even special guest Bob Ross from his painting series.
So every night, when we’re feeling a little anxious about all the things that we haven’t finished, we look to the Calm app sleep stories. And Idris Elba, being one of our favorites, soothes us to sleep with story about a far away land with people just like you and me and the traditions that make them who they are. Personally, we love it because we get to learn about other cultures in this sleep story. Only thing is we’re so soothed that we never finish because the sandman makes an appearance just minutes into Idris Elba’s sleep story.
Unfortunately it’s only available on the Calm app or if some giving soul posts it on Youtube. But that does’t mean that there aren’t other stories that you can check out and fall asleep to.
