It’s a scary world out there. The pandemic seems like it’s never going to end. And the only thing keep us somewhat safe is science. The vaccine. Doctors working hard, every day. And we here at Fangirlish have, personally, very little patience for anti-vaxxers. Just like Jennifer Aniston, apparently.
The star of The Morning Show, which is set to return to Apple TV+ for season two on September 17th, opened up to InStyle magazine about what it was like to quarantine, come out of it, and then have to cut people out of her life either because they haven’t been vaccinated, or because they refused to disclose if they had.
“There’s still a large group of people who are anti-vaxxers or just don’t listen to the facts. It’s a real shame,” Aniston shared. “I’ve just lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose (if they had been vaccinated), and it was unfortunate,” the star, who rose to fame during her Friends years, shared. “I feel it’s your moral and professional obligation to inform, since we’re not all podded up and being tested every single day. It’s tricky because everyone is entitled to their own opinion — but a lot of opinions don’t feel based in anything except fear or propaganda.”
We got absolutely nothing to say other than yes, Jen. We agree, Jen.
