Anxiety is a great liar and does its best to make you feel isolated, out of control, and wildly without support. Anxiety is also the thing that links Mardy Fish to the triumph of finding support and hope that is at the root of his episode of Netflix’s Untold.
As someone with anxiety, who lives in the lies and has managed to find ways around them, I felt compelled to talk with Mardy Fish about his anxiety, what drew him to the documentary, and what advice he might have for those who are struggling with The Great Liar in their lives.
So check out the interview below, and know that if you’re struggling with anxiety, you’re not alone.
