Here we go again! NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii are crossing over once again, with the two series set to crossover for the mothership’s 20th season premiere, and the newest kid on the block’s 2nd season premiere.
The episodes, which will air Monday, September 19th on CBS, will feature the NCIS team traveling to Hawaii, surely to stop some big bad from doing something that seems absurdly evil. They will also most certainly stop whatever it is from happening, but the certainty doesn’t matter. We’ll still be watching.
Here is the synopsis for each episode:
NCIS, “A Family Matter”
Following the cliffhanger Season 19 finale, with Special Agent Alden Parker still on the run with his ex-wife Vivian, the team investigates who from his past might have a personal vendetta against him in hopes of clearing Parker’s name. Enlisting the help of Special Agent Jane Tennant and computer specialist Ernie Malick, who are in town meeting with director Leon Vance in preparation for a global military exercise, the group tracks down their prime suspect, The Raven.
NCIS: HAWAI’I, “Prisoners’ Dilemma”
Tennant’s team, along with NCIS agents Nick Torres and Jessica Knight, track The Raven’s whereabouts to the island of Oahu and learn about his plans to attack RIMPAC (The Rim of the Pacific Exercises), the world’s largest international maritime warfare exercise.
Now our only question is, how come no one ever goes to Los Angeles? NCIS: Los Angeles deserves some crossover love too!
NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii return to CBS on September 19th.
Honestly, I’ve just about given up on the whole ‘LA crossing over again with any of the NCIS’s.’ thing. It’s been pretty obvious since after Season 7 that any connection to the mothership show has been gone. And frankly, the only way I’d think I’d ever watch a crossover like that would be if Hetty was involved in it.
