Shazam! Fury of the Gods has released a new trailer, and we really only have one question after watching it: Is it bad that we’re kinda rooting for the Gods in this one? I mean, have you seen who they are? Rachel Zegler! Lucy Liu! Helen Mirren! How can we even root against them? Sorry, Zachary Levi.
(We’re not really sorry)
The movie follows the events of 2019’s Shazam! which follows 14-year-old Billy Batson, who after finding himself in possession of powers that allow him to turn into the adult superhero Shazam takes advantage of the new version of himself to have some fun. Of course, with great power …well, you know how that goes, and Billy is now set to learn that lesson once more, and this time with feeling.
