The level of excitement for Disney’s Percy Jackson & the Olympians series is kinda off the charts. The only way we could be more excited about it would be if the AMPTP could finally agree to pay actors and writers what they deserve, so this long strike could end and the people who actually create the wonderful shows could get press and recognition.
We cannot control the AMPTP’s bad faith, but we can continue to celebrate the work that members of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA have created. And that’s why we’re gonna just gush about how good Percy Jackson looks!! Because it looks absolutely amazing — and like the kind of show fans of the books and new fans alike will enjoy.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians tells the fantastical story of a 12-year-old modern demigod, Percy Jackson, who’s just coming to terms with his newfound supernatural powers when the sky god Zeus accuses him of stealing his master lightning bolt. Now Percy must trek across America to find it and restore order to Olympus.
Percy Jackson & The Olympians debuts December 20 on Disney+ with a two-episode premiere, followed by new episodes weekly.
