Anxiety is a bitch and it’s something that a lot of us suffer from. Can you imagine being in the lime light though and going through the experience of having the world judge you?
When you’re the daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, everyone is looking at every moment. Back on September 30th, Ava hosted a question and answer on her Instagram and spoke about her anxiety.
“I’ve dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember, and it was especially intense for me as a kid and teenager,” she said.
Ava acknowledges that the same solution on how to deal with it may not work for everyone. She did have some solid advice on how to deal with the anxiety.
“Don’t invalidate your feelings. You have every right to feel however you do, even if it seems weird to others, and being hard on yourself won’t help you feel better or find a solution.” she said.
We are thankful that she is open to talking about her struggles and what she is going through. It does help others.
