Tension remains high between Jules and Winston in Grey’s Anatomy Season 23, Episode 3, “It’s All Wrong, but It’s All Right.” Their break-up in last week’s episode may end their personal relationship, but their professional one persists amid the heartbreaking — and frustration. The promo starts with Winston telling Miranda that this favor he’s doing for her is costing him more than she knows.
Meanwhile, Jules isn’t willing to hear Winston out about how much he cares about her when they wind up in the elevator at the same time. To be completely fair, Winston did tell her, “If we weren’t in a relationship, you wouldn’t be important enough to argue with.” That’s a hard line to come back from.
There’s also all the drama that comes with Blue returning to Grey Sloan Memorial after Dr. Norton reinstated him. It seems like that choice may be another that works against Norton in the eyes of Webber. After all, Richard is very clear in the promo video about how he doesn’t want to work with Blue. So much so, he won’t let Blue into the OR. As the Chief of Surgery, I’m curious to see how Norton reacts to that and how this impacts his time at the hospital.
“It’s All Wrong, but It’s All Right” looks like it will also be a significant episode for Jo and Link. His pain lingers from his surgery, but Jo has already thrown out his medication. She didn’t know that he was still in pain. He did pocket Jo’s medication in the season premiere, so the concerns that Link may self medicate persist. Jo also ends up at the hospital for a reason that remains unknown.
One would assume it has something to do with Link. Regardless, her being there will prove to be helpful when Jules brings Simone’s case — She passes out at work — to Jo for help. Since the episode’s description says that Jo ends up in the OR, I really hope there’s nothing seriously wrong with Simone.
