Regina Mills can be many things – frustrating, inspiring, downright infuriating, and yes, sometimes, even surprising. The good characters always are. But the thing that separates Regina Mills from the rest of the Once Upon A Time cast is not just her best/worst attributes, no. It’s her wardrobe.
Yes, her wardrobe.
Fact is, whether as the Evil Queen or as the Mayor, Regina just dresses better than us. She also has a better stylist and a costume department, but that’s not what we’re her for. We’re here for the pretty dresses. And, so, while we count down the days till new episodes of our favorite show, let’s have a little fun and count down our favorite Regina outfits. Because we can.

Because that’s not quite the Evil Queen we grew up with, right?

Because it was delightfully over the top, and yet we still loved it.

My first actual case of wardrobe-envy. I mean, I’d tone down the jewelry and do a more understated hair, but I’d wear the hell out of this dress. I really would.

Because, as much as we love her Evil Queen getups, those are harder to pull off in real life. Her Regina Mills outfits, though? We want to steal ALL of those.
