This summer television season has brought us some nice period pieces that we’re simply loving. Whether it’s ABC’s Still Star-Crossed or TNT’s newest edition Will, there’s so much to love about the past. And they all revolve around the man at the center of TNT’s latest series, Will, aka William Shakespeare.
Fangirlish recently attended the show’s New York City premiere, where we spoke with Will star Vauxhall Jermaine about his new show and the character he’s bringing to life.
Jermaine plays Bouncer the Assassin, who is someone that “has a job to do and gets it done.” Given his character doesn’t appear until the sixth episode, there’s not a whole lot we know right now about the role that Bouncer the Assassin will play in Will’s story. But given a name like “Bouncer” and “Assassin,” I think we have a pretty good idea where this might be headed.
Watch our full interview with Jermaine below, and stay tuned for more from the Will cast:
Will airs Mondays at 9/8c on TNT.
