It’s not that I am lazy, but I have to admit that I hate working out. I hate working out with a passion. But I will admit when I found out that Zac Efron has a YouTube channel full of workouts: I was intrigued. I needed to watch.
For science, and all that shit.
But watching his YouTube channel made me realize one thing: I still didn’t want to workout. As a matter of fact I was more turned off to working out and felt shamed for my lack of athleticism. Sure, it’s not the intention and it’s totally my insecurity, but isn’t staring at Zac Efron supposed to motivate me? I mean, some part of me besides my hormones?
His series GYM TIME has had a lot of people roll, through.
WORKING OUT WITH NINA DOBREV
What I learned: I would not fuck with Nina Dobrev. She is fierce AF.
WORKING OUT WITH VICTORIAS SECRET ANGELS
What I learned: Models work harder than I ever will.
WORKING OUT WITH ALEXANDRA DADDARIO
What I Learned: Baywatch abs are achievable with motivation, and I have none.
WORKING OUT WITH JUJU SMITH
What I learned: I still hate football.
