Truth be told, last season’s whole Alexis looking like Fallon was a little bit too freaky for our taste. I mean, I think that says a lot, because we can handle a lot of bullshit and a lot of drama.
But we love the drama of Dynasty – even when it’s unbelievable. Hey, if anything, the show makes us appreciate just how normal our families can be compared to the drama of the show.
Alexis left at the end of the last season to get her face fixed so that she didn’t look like an exact replica of her daughter. And we are so thankful for that.
But that means that the role of Alexis Carrington has to be recast. And we now know who it is. Elaine Hendrix, who starred with Dynasty star, Elizabeth Gillies on FX’s Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, is stepping into the role.
We don’t know when Alexis will return, but we do know, “Alexis is back in Atlanta, with a new look, a new man, and plenty of scores to settle.”
Bring on the drama.
