Tuscaloosa, the film staring Devon Bostick, Natalia Dyer, Marchånt Davis, Tate Donovan, YG, Ella Rae Peck, and Birgundi Baker, will be on theaters and digital March 13.
Now, if you haven’t heard about Tuscaloosa, and are interested in movies set in the 70’s that are all about the struggle for equal rights – which, honestly, sounds like something we should all be interested in, all things considered, this is a good movie to check out.
The official synopsis reads: Alabama, 1972. As Billy falls for a patient at his father’s mental asylum, his best friend becomes involved in a radical civil rights movement against Tuscaloosa’s power elite.
