Quibi is gearing up for its big launch on Monday with some great new series that will be available for your streaming pleasure on the daily — and they’ll be no longer than 10 minutes in length. Talk about perfect, digestible bites!
Here at Fangirlish, we’re excited about the new stuff Quibi is rolling out, especially as the short episodes cater to our busy schedules.
One of those highly-anticipated shows is 50 States of Fright, a horror anthology hailing from Sam Raimi. The series will take fans around the United States to tell some chilling urban legends from each state. So this series isn’t for the faint of heart — or the non-horror fans like myself.
Quibi released the trailer for 50 States of Fright, and simply put, it’s doing its job — you know, with the fright of it all.
The new series will feature appearances from Jacob Batalon (Spider-Man: Far From Home), Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Taissa Farmiga (The Nun), Christina Ricci (The Addams Family), Ming-Na Wen (The Mandalorian), Asa Butterfield (Sex Education), James Ransone (IT: Chapter Two) and more!
I don’t know about you, but I’m intrigued but also completely terrified. Especially at the thought of watching this in the dead of night.
