As you can see, Janet and Kat are friends but they live different situations. Both must overcome very hard emotional challenges but end up growing in a way that they never expected. They end up maturing. At the end of the road, they meet again like the family they are because, despite the distance, despite the fact that each one was dealing with their own problems, they never stopped being friends and that is precious.
