Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are goals. And I am not even talking because they are a literal Prince and Princess. I am talking about the fact that they are trailblazers, out there finding ways to pave their own way and make a lasting change for the world.
And for me – that’s inspiring as fuck.
As we all know, the two left the Royal Family last year, and everything was due to be revisited this March. This means that the two will hear about the future of their royal roles soon.
Personally, I don’t want them to lose their roles, because they are so important to so many. But I also know that I don’t have a say, that I don’t know enough about the Royal Family, and the agreements that the two made.
The decisions on their royal patronage was due to be reassessed on March 31st, one year after their leaving the senior royal roles. The patronages, “which represent their involvement with numerous U.K. charities,” are still important in my opinion. They still have an affect and influence on the world.
They are expected to continue to not use their His/Her Highness titles, but they will retain the titles as well as their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles.
Their patronages include Rugby Football Union, the Rugby Football League, The London Marathon, and The National Theatre.
